Ever since montreal has announced being in the red zone, dine-in at restaurants have been restricted. This encouraged me to start eating more home cooked meals and assisting my mom in the kitchen.

In cases where I'm not in the mood to eat a veganless meal, I make sure that my plate consists more vegetables and grains than the meat. Meaning maybe 25% or less of my plate will be dedicated to meat, while the rest of the space is filled with veggies, fruits, and grains.

This past weekend, my dad assisted me in changing our lightbulbs to LED lightbulbs in three areas of our house! This is also the first time I've personally changed a lightbulb.
