    Thank you ECOCHALLENGE and Support Leadership for this initiative! Personal wellbeing and sustainability have never been as important as it is today.

    This reminder on wellbeing could not have been more timely! Currently, in lockdown with restrictive measures (i.e. cannot leave 5km radius with exemption, night curfews, and a 1 hour daily limit of outdoor activity) the daily walk has become invaluable. Simply getting out with the family for some exercise has a positive impact on our mental and physical health.
