    Lo primero: es tu mejor contribución al medio ambiente.
    Lo segundo: es súper beneficioso para tu salud, porque hacer ejercicio!
    Lo único que mejoraría son los canales de acceso a este medio de transporte, disponer ciclorutas seguras para las personas que quieran desplazarse en Bicicleta.

    Comer frutas y verduras significa que estás apoyando a los campesinos en su cultivo y su trabajo lo que genera crecimiento de la economía.
    Pero adicional a eso le estás dando a tu cuerpo el mejor tipo de alimentación, le estás dando vitaminas y energía y eso te hará tener un mejor sistema inmunológico para contrarrestar enfermedades actuales como el COVID-19

    Beneficios para la salud: todos! El ser humano siempre está pidiendo más de lo que necesita, por eso vemos tantos problemas de obesidad, incluso en niños! Así que reducir las porciones me ha ayudado a darme cuenta que necesito lo justo para estar bien y que ya el resto era comer por comer!

    Me gusta caminar para despejar mi mente, ha sido una terapia muy bonita y también comparto tiempo de calidad con mi cuerpo y mi entorno. En mi barrio hay muchos parques que tienen gran acceso para diferentes tipos de personas, así que considero que en ese aspecto estamos bien!

    Sin duda, darle las herramientas a la comunidad para que se anime a producir alimentos, a mi en lo personal me encanta ir a los mercados campesinos de mi ciudad, gente pujante que cultiva los alimentos y que sin duda ayudan a tu salud
