    Consumir más carne en nuestras dietas aumenta significativamente nuestra huella de carbono e impacto medioambiental, adicionalmente si como sociedad nos apegamos a dietas más basadas en plantas podemos cubrir los requerimientos alimenticios de más personas y contribuir a acabar con la desnutrición en el mundo, al tiempo que mejoramos nuestra salud incluyendo más frutas, verduras y granos !
