PG&E gave my parents an extra shower head that stops the shower every so often, so you got to pull a chain on it to continue the shower, at first it was weird but it made me more conscious of how much water I was using.

I actually helped my parents install this over the weekend.

I forgot to mention this, but I took the bus to Monterey to explore around and it was fun, I did some grocery shopping and got some food, then headed home.

Being able to know where my food came from, and knowing that it isn't processed, which makes is a lot healthier than the food I've been eating.

I've always rode a bike or taken the bus, my parents worked early so I had to learn to take the bus from my sisters, so I'd say I'm pretty comfortable. There are even apps now to help find routes you need to take or check how long your bus is going to take, which is great.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Action Track: Healing & Renewal More Fruits And Veggies
How does eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affect yourself, other people, and our planet?

I feel like I have more energy for a longer period in the day.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

    Dianna Balestra 11/08/2022 2:08 PM
There isn't much I would change because I like taking walks around the neighborhood, and other than houses, there's a lot of open areas and trees so there isn't anything that bothers me.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Action Track: Healing & Renewal Eat Mindfully
Mindful eating is healthier for us than eating with distractions. How does your eating experience differ when practicing mindfulness?

Being able to just concentrate on eating, rather than eating and watching something has decreased my appetite.
