bernice barragan 4/04/2023 4:50 PMI think when you're using your phone you are taking in what you are watching. It's important to see how your body feels when you see/watch a certain thing. When you're eating it should be a mindful and peaceful time. It is just you and your food, so its good to not use screen time while you're eating. It is a bad habit -
