    Mindful eating is healthier for us than eating with distractions. How does your eating experience differ when practicing mindfulness?

    I think when you're using your phone you are taking in what you are watching. It's important to see how your body feels when you see/watch a certain thing. When you're eating it should be a mindful and peaceful time. It is just you and your food, so its good to not use screen time while you're eating. It is a bad habit

    Good, It has been a goal for me to not use my phone first thing in the morning. Therefore, it is a good goal to try to incorporate less screen time while I am eating.

    I started a little late. First meal of my day, I ate more mindful. Limited screen time while eating. Trying to be more present with my food.
