REFLECTION QUESTIONFood, Agriculture, and Land Use Reduce Animal ProductsWhy do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our bodies, our planet, and other people?
Jamie Battles 1/04/2022 6:01 AMAs our society has become more affluent eating meat has become more of the norm. While fairly expensive it has become less of a luxury and we don't even think twice about buying it. Eating meat causes disease inflammation and disease in our bodies. It also affects the planet in several ways including destruction of the land, production of methane etc not to mention that the way it is processed is often inhumane.
