REFLECTION QUESTIONAction Track: Healing & Renewal Eat MindfullyMindful eating is healthier for us than eating with distractions. How does your eating experience differ when practicing mindfulness?
Nathan Blakely 11/03/2022 4:05 PMI definitely enjoy eating mindfully with my family/SO. It helps me enjoy the food and company better. I never used to eat with my phone at the table or anything, but turning the TV off and all eating together is different and nice. -

Nathan Blakely 10/21/2022 3:14 PMIt's a little bit of a challenge to cut out all palm oil, and other products that contribute to deforestation. Sometimes it's unclear if products are rainforest friendly. But I recently double checked that the coffee at my house is fair trade, and I've found fair trade coffee is often much better.
