    I should have changed my light bulbs a while ago so this challenge was a good way to build motivation for that sort of thing. I think more people would benefit from ecoChallenges such as this one that incentivizes completing the challenge cards.

    My recent experiences with mindful eating have led me to appreciate the connection between our consumption habits and climate change. By taking the time to eat without distractions, I've become more aware of the resources used in producing and packaging the food I consume.
