    Avoiding meat consumption reduces CO2 emissions and deforestation as forests are transformed into grassland for cattle raising. Fruits and vegetables provide nutrients for a more balanced diet and can be another less polluting alternative!!

    Climate change is associated with human daily choices. Our transportation methods, our consumption of products, even what we eat! With small practices every day we create habits and those habits can create a huge impact. Informe family and friends about climate change initiatives is a great way to start a transformation process.

    In Colombia, there is no official guidelines. However, we can consume with awareness selecting suppliers that have sustainable practices.
