Robert Cody 1/20/2021 5:45 PMToday I walked to Shaws to get groceries for my family. It was difficult carrying the food but luckily it was not a lot. I think using muscles as a way of transportation has it plus and minuses but it does help the earth if we did it more and it will keep you in better shape. -
Robert Cody 1/20/2021 5:38 PMBiomass is a very interesting idea and its a very old idea. Basically biomass is burning plant or animal material for energy. The proposal is if biomass takes over fossil fuels, then there would need to be a large amount of farming for energy crops. -
Robert Cody 1/20/2021 5:33 PMI read an article about geothermal power. It is a clean and reusable sources for heat and energy. It is one way we can make our lives more sustainable. -
Robert Cody 1/19/2021 7:10 PMToday I switch 16 of my light bulbs to LED. The room became brighter and it helps save energy and it is more efficient. LED bulbs will be a huge roll in our future in lighting our lives. -
Robert Cody 1/19/2021 7:04 PMI have been driving my brother and my mom to school everyday last week . It is hard right now to do a lot of car pooling, but I thought I would at least start at home with my family. By driving them to school we are only taking one car. This decreases our carbon emission per person. It does making timing a little weird and incovinant but I wanted to try this at least for a week.
