carson cox 11/09/2022 7:43 PMFor some reason, walking has always been difficult for me, I exercise everyday, and im very active, but the walking movement isnt for me. I just got a puppy so I guess that's kinda a cheat code. I take her on a proper walk at least once a day, and to the park in front of my house so she can get her energy out. -
carson cox 11/09/2022 7:40 PMliving in Monterey, its fairly easy to support local foods. we have farmers market most days out of the week, and its always fun running through those. Monterey is also full of family restaurants and I love supporting them. -
