For some reason, walking has always been difficult for me, I exercise everyday, and im very active, but the walking movement isnt for me. I just got a  puppy so I guess that's kinda a cheat code. I take her on a proper walk at least once a day, and to the park in front of my house so she can get her energy out.

living in Monterey, its fairly easy to support local foods. we have farmers market most days out of the week, and its always fun running through those. Monterey is also full of family restaurants and I love supporting them.

This challenge is going pretty well for me. Its really easy to start the day off with quality foods, but as the day goes on I want to snack on sweets and chips haha. like everyday... ill do well during the week but then the weekend coms along, and I have to go to work, and im a lot short on time, and I find myself eating what easy.
