    Eating my meals without distraction is big for me because it allows for more family time in my home. 
    Cooking meals with zero waste is a great challenge for me because I often eat frozen meals. Attempting this challenge teaches me to eat healthier and reuse the food scraps I have left over. 
    Smaller portions helps me lose weight, while helping the environment. 
    Daily walking is already part of my routine as I walk horses to and from fields. 
    I don't travel by plane often but I will be attempting a new way to travel on a upcoming vacation.
