Today I failed my small food portions because I’m a student-athlete and I need to have at least 5 meals a day in a good quantity of proportions. I also rather be full then to constantly having to go back for more food every hour. I rather be full for a couple hours than keep on saying I’m hungry every 30 mins .

While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come from eating/serving smaller portions?

By eating small portions it helps save money and also if you want more you can get more if your still hungry .
