  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Smaller Portions
While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come from eating/serving smaller portions?

By eating in smaller portions you can both waste less food and you don't overeat.

My walks could be more enjoyable if there were more trees and less trash.

I hadn't heard of this before but now that I have I think the biggest advantage is increased carbon sequestration.

Now I know that its not mandatory that food can't be used after these dates, they may just be not as good quality.
