Tending my garden is a magical moment most of the time. There are a few times when the work gets a little hard but they are far and few. Most of the time I find it therapeutic and a time to reflect. Especially when time for harvest comes I feel overjoyed.

My daily walks are a refreshing moment for my wife and I. I've enjoyed our conversations during these times. I don't think there's anything that could make things more enjoyable than being with a loved one doing something to improve each other's health.
