REFLECTION QUESTIONAction Track: Healing & Renewal Tend A GardenHave you ever had a significant experience in nature that altered your perspective or focus? If so, please describe it.
Santos Guzman 3/15/2021 12:19 PMTending my garden is a magical moment most of the time. There are a few times when the work gets a little hard but they are far and few. Most of the time I find it therapeutic and a time to reflect. Especially when time for harvest comes I feel overjoyed. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONAction Track: Healing & Renewal Go for a Daily WalkWhat have you noticed on your daily walks? What have you enjoyed? What infrastructure changes could make your walks more enjoyable or possible?
Santos Guzman 3/15/2021 11:06 AMMy daily walks are a refreshing moment for my wife and I. I've enjoyed our conversations during these times. I don't think there's anything that could make things more enjoyable than being with a loved one doing something to improve each other's health.
