Christopher Hamilton 4/26/2023 10:48 AMIt has been fun to encourage other people to join me on various things such as bus rides and my daily walks. Walking around is maybe one of my favorite activities ever because you can do it alone, with people, listening to music or an audiobook, you can look at interesting things, think about interesting things, or you can just space out. -
Christopher Hamilton 4/22/2023 2:25 PMEcochallenge is going great. Today I rode the city bus into Pacific Grove to check out the public library and walked around to the market to buy a meatless meal. -
Christopher Hamilton 4/19/2023 1:32 PMThe challenge is going well so far. I enjoy how the goals that I set encourage me to get out and walk more as well as continue to try to find alternatives to eating meat. -
Christopher Hamilton 4/10/2023 11:16 AMI have been enjoying finding ways to reduce the amount of meat that I eat. I have enjoyed trying different versions of the classic veggie stir fry, picking random things from the store and incorporating them into a vegan meal. It usually turns out well.
