Many states and countries have advisories on eating fish. Find out what is advised for your region. Do you think your diet choices fall within these guidelines? What steps do you need to take to make sure that they do?

I eat a mostly vegetarian diet - when I do eat fish, I try to buy 'wild caught' varieties. If this is not available, I will opt out and stick with a veggie dish!
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Industry Reduce Single-Use Disposables
What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

I've managed to substitute most single-use items at home, however it's difficult to control how grocery stores and restaurants package their food. It would be great to be able to take your own containers to stores to carry things like grains, nuts, fruit/veg etc

I've introduced a daily walk into my WFH routine and it's really helped my mental health. It will be important I maintain this when office life resumes to 'normal'!
