Especially with the pandemic, being cooped up in my apartment has made me easily irritable. Taking these daily walks/runs have really regulated my emotions and given me the necessary time outside to be alone.

JIMMY ZHOU 2/01/2022 12:21 AMI've made it an effort to incorporate daily walks as part of my "morning pillars", aka things that I do every morning to start off the day right. By far, I've enjoyed them as a way to appreciate nature and life a bit more because they are times to unplug away from all the stresses of the world. One way I've thought of to make my walks better is actually waking up early to catch the sunrise, and it adds another piece of tranquility on top of the experience I'm having.
