Today it was harder for me to eat mindfully because I was thinking of all the things I had to do, but I was able to catch myself reaching for my phone and focus on my food.

When I spent time exploring my area I noticed things about the area I had never noticed before. Being aware of my surroundings made me appreciate them more.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

I've noticed that a lot of flowers are blooming, and when I'm looking at the ground I can find a lot of cool mushrooms
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
