I eat fruit with my breakfast almost everyday. Lately I have been buying oranges from a farmers market in Seaside and they're great. It's also a fun activity to go to the farmers market with some friends.

I feel more relaxed when I eat without distractions. Having a meal is a great time to get away from screens. It is much easier than I thought it would be to quit screens, but at first it did feel a bit strange.
