Their resistance and efforts prevent carbon emissions. Indigenous practices such as home gardens, agroforestry, and their approaches to raising livestock increases carbon sequestration. -

What have you done in the past to support women-owned businesses? How can you better support communities by supporting women?
Jaeden Jagemann 6/11/2021 6:23 AMI try my best to not buy from corporations like Amazon. I do my research and go on websites like Etsy to find women and BIPOC owned businesses. I often find that clothing brands made by women are more likely to actually fit than other big name brands. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportation Use Muscle PowerHow do your transportation choices affect your engagement in your community? Does your experience or enjoyment differ while walking, riding transit, biking or driving?
Jaeden Jagemann 6/11/2021 6:17 AMI do not have a license so I mostly walk or bike to where I need to go. When I walk, I often see a lot of the same people on the bike path and we recognize each other and will say hi. I wouldn't be able to connect with others like if I were driving. I love biking more than walking because I am able to get places faster and it's also just fun. -

Jaeden Jagemann 6/11/2021 6:14 AMOn the bike path, there a trees on each side and it looks nice. I do think that the areas with benches could maybe use some more greenery.
