Antonia Jardines 11/09/2022 1:04 PMCooking zero-waste meals for my family was a great experience. I was more aware of how much I was cooking, aiming not to have leftovers, and only buying what was needed. This experience helped me to plan ahead for what I was using and buying at the store. Also aiming to eat two or three servings of fruit and vegetables help me to crave unhealthy snacks, I will continue doing all these good practices which not only help the environment but mime and my family's health. -
