    I had no idea about the negative effects of nitrogen fertilizer and it creating nitrous oxide, I will be doing more research about how to support farmers that do not use nitrogen fertilizers

    Being pescatarian makes it easy to for me to eat more fruits and vegetables! Eating healthier also makes me feel more energized throughout out the day

    Single-use straws are one of the easier things to replace and it saves money buying a couple reusable straws
