Anvitha Komarraju 7/11/2020 8:41 AMIt's very easy for me to keep checking in and doing my daily goals, because by doing it every day its become a habit to doing things like drinking from a reusable water bottle versus a plastic single use one-

REFLECTION QUESTIONMaterials Advocate For More Packaging OptionsWhat concerns you the most about how we are affecting the planet? Consider both local and global actions.
Anvitha Komarraju 6/30/2020 10:28 AMI feel that even though many people know the problems affecting the environment, they don't do anything about it. Many people feel as though it other people's problems. This shouldn't be the case. We all live on the same planet and we all have to contribute to preserving it-
Colby Adkins 11/28/2023 1:19 AMWhen you let go, the circle will start rotating around the fixed axis. This makes elevating the arrow more difficult. geometry dash scratch -
janetta bloomquist 3/23/2023 3:21 AMI profoundly like your dedicated abilities as the post you distributed has some incredible data which is very valuable for me. H‑E‑B Partner Login

Levine Johnny 11/29/2022 6:09 PMOnline game Coreball calls for dexterity. You won't be touching any other parts; you'll just be dropping arrows. In order to shatter the circle, you must drop more of the right parts. When the circle reaches a certain point, it will explode. When you let off, the circle will begin to revolve around the fixed axis. This makes raising the arrow more challenging. -
Tanya Vijay 6/30/2020 4:57 PMI completely agree with your thoughts. I really think that everyone needs to acknowledge that the environment's problems are everyone's problems.

REFLECTION QUESTIONElectricity Generation Explore Other Electricity SolutionsWhat is the most exciting solution you explored? Why is it exciting to you?
Anvitha Komarraju 6/30/2020 10:25 AMThe most interesting solution that I found was called improve the system. This is when we can use more flexible grids for transmission and effective energy storage to make it possible to better balance electricity supply with demand. I found this interesting because I was expecting the regular, "reduce fossil fuels" answer and this was really interesting to read-
janetta bloomquist 3/24/2023 2:57 AMThanks for the information, I found a lot of interesting information here. Keep sharing such informative post.

REFLECTION QUESTIONFood CompostingProducing food that goes uneaten squanders many resources—seeds, water, energy, land, fertilizer, hours of labor, financial capital. Which of these kinds of waste most motivates you to change your behavior regarding food waste? Why?
Anvitha Komarraju 5/20/2020 11:25 AMI feel like the aspect that motivates me the most is the fact that there are so many people that starving and going hungry, and then there are people who just throw away food. I find this so unfair and honestly, I've been guilty of doing it as well. But I'm trying not to do it anymore. We shouldn't be wasting food like this-
Shreya Karnam 5/24/2020 8:21 AMI completely agree -- it is not right to unnecessarily waste food. We all do it, too, but it is really important and essential that we become more conscious when throwing out food and not do it as often, if not at all. When there are people out there starving to get their hands on a single slice of bread, it is not right for us to throw out extra food.

REFLECTION QUESTIONWomen and Girls Research Barriers to Participation and RepresentationWhat are some of the barriers that exist to women's equal participation and/or representation in your community?
Anvitha Komarraju 5/19/2020 10:56 AMWell, in my community there isn't a lot of gender discrimination, but in other places such as India, even now in the 21st-century women get treated very badly. In some countries, if a girl is born, she is either killed or mistreated for her whole life. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONMaterials Share Bioplastic Disposal TipsWhat concerns you the most about how we are affecting the planet? Consider both local and global actions.
Anvitha Komarraju 5/17/2020 10:41 AMI'm mostly concerned about the fact that people know that we are harming the planet and they do nothing about it. While there are people who are constantly making an effort to go green or reduce fossil fuels, most of the population is guilty of doing nothing and just contributing to the problem-
Tanya Vijay 5/25/2020 1:44 PMI agree to the fact that a lot of people know about the problem but do nothing to change it. I also think that people think that their actions don't really directly affect them, when it really affects everyone and everything in the world.

REFLECTION QUESTIONMaterials Learn About & Practice Sustainable FashionHow can you express your personality, creativity, and values in ways that don't require fast fashion or buying more clothes and accessories?
Anvitha Komarraju 5/11/2020 8:40 AMYou can always make something that expresses yourself such as a sculpture or artwork. I've heard of people expressing themselves through dance as well. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONMaterials Practice the 5 R'sWhat are some more "R's" you could add to your daily practice to reduce your waste?
Anvitha Komarraju 5/04/2020 5:39 PMAnother "R" could be remake, which could be like repurpose but have more of using what was recycled to make things that make recycling more efficient-
Tanya Vijay 5/10/2020 8:08 AMI think another "R" could be restore, because we can take old items and restore them back to their original state or as close to its original state as possible instead of having to dispose if it though recycling. -
Shreya Karnam 5/05/2020 8:10 AMYay the high-five button works! :)

REFLECTION QUESTIONTransport Research and Advocate for High-Speed RailWhat are the factors that influence your choice of transportation? These can include things like money, time, and convenience, as well as perceptions of danger or safety. What would need to change for you to regularly choose more climate-friendly options?
Anvitha Komarraju 5/02/2020 9:32 AMWell, since I can't drive, if where I want to go is close by, I normally walk or bike there, but many times my parents drive, me in a car. Also, even if my destination is close by, it might not be safe for me to walk there. Something that could change is having more sidewalks because without those I would have to walk on the road and that's potentially dangerous -
REFLECTION QUESTIONAction Track: Justice for the Whole Community Learn about Local Indigenous PracticesWhat did you learn about indigenous peoples' land management that you can apply in your own life?
Anvitha Komarraju 5/02/2020 9:27 AMWhen they see a problem that's happening, they research to fix that problem. When there was a depletion of salmon in the Näätämö River, they adapted and reduced the number of nets they had out there and started also hunting the pike, salmon's preditor. I would like to apply this to my own life by making sure that if I see a problem, and if I can take steps to solve it, I would spend time doing so.
