    This week my mother told me that she wanted to try out vegetarian and vegan options for food. So this weekend we only ate vegan and vegetarian meals. My favourite meal that we made was the fried rice that we had last night, we used tofu instead of our usual chicken. It was my first time cooking tofu and I have had it in meals in the past and I never liked it. I looked up many vegan and vegetarian YouTube videos to to find out how to properly handle it. It was very good and I am definitely open to finding out ways I can include it more into my diet !!

    Today we bought an pack of 8 LED light bulbs and changed a few around the house. It is a small action but it is totally worth it because LEDs can last up 50 000 hours which is more than enough, and they are more energy efficient than other lightbulbs on the market.

    I added the goal of going on daily walks to my dashboard because of all the stress that online school gives me I need that time alone to free my mind and it is also good for the body. It is not particularly hard to do. I did not log in the walks that I took during the weekend but I noticed that if I was feeling tired before going out, when I come back home I feel energized.
