    I've been doing this for a while now but sometimes I throw away some things because they are hard to clean before recycling. I'm not doing it again from now on.

    While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come from eating/serving smaller portions?

    This is also one of my goals in order to lose weight in a healthy way. I've been paying attention to the amount of food I take to my table, as sometimes I eat more than what I need.
