    By working as a community to fight climate change it creates a stronger bond within the community and stronger sense of community.

    When eating without a show or some kind of entertainment, it allows us to truly enjoy and appreciate the food were eating. It also makes us reflect on our privilege to eat the foods we have.

    By eating smaller portions you can provide your body with more nutrition throughout the day keeping your energy consistent throughout.

    While cooking with lemons, I can use the peel to blend into an oil with other spices to add flavour to my dish.
