Sabrina Lingenfelter 4/15/2021 5:48 AMAs we are now halfway through April, I am thinking about ways I can further challenge myself to live a more sustainable life. I am a big foodie and despite being a vegetarian, I know there is more I can do in terms of my food consumption to be sustainable. I would like to live the rest of this month trying to make choices at the store for local and in season produce as a way to do this. Who else is in?
