Shyla Lynch 12/03/2020 3:13 PMIt impacts my actions because I now know ways to support the health of forests. I feel overwhelmed by how much of the forests have been altered (99%) :/. And I feel hopeful about how the temperate forests are projected to expand another 92-128 million hectares.

Shyla Lynch 12/01/2020 6:37 AMI can reduce my use of plastics. And try to contribute less waste by using more of the things I have already. I can conserve water and actively try to cut my carbon emissions. -

Shyla Lynch 11/24/2020 6:24 AMI eat meat and dairy products so that negatively impacts our environment and promotes deforestation. To decrease my negative impact and increase my positive impact I could become a vegetarian. I could be more conscious about what products I buy and who I’m buying them from.

Shyla Lynch 11/23/2020 6:21 PMIf the food I wanted to eat said “Use by”, and it was after the date printed. I would usually throw it out or just not eat it. Now that I know how to differentiate between whether it’s actually bad or just is past its peak quality I can make ore insightful and better informed decisions on what to buy and what to eat. -

Shyla Lynch 11/22/2020 8:51 AMI have never heard of biomass technology before this. It surprised me that biomass could be so effective and yet, I've never heard of it. I feel like if it was as effective as people say it is, it should be a more well known thing.
