Reina Martinez 4/05/2023 8:45 PMI started to eat more mindfully, I usually use my phone while I eat but now I have been trying it without my phone. I enjoy not using my phone, it makes me more aware of what I am consuming and the environment around me. At first, I thought it was a little bit weird to not use my phone but now I don't mind it.
