I watched a video on this and was surprised to learn that redlined communities on average are 5 degrees hotter than none redlined communities.

I've been thinking about this a lot recently as I've been having to water my gardens a lot and I think I could install a rain water barrel or something.

Supporting local farmers is something that particularly inspires me. I really believe in the power of community and I think that having a local system of agriculture is one way that strengthens community immensely.

Living in Vermont I think I'm really surprised by how much changing seasons affect me. Especially this spring I think I was really appreciating how nature changes and grows.

Biking is a very different and in many ways better experience than driving. When I'm biking I much more aware of my surroundings and the place in general because I'm going slower and I see more things.
