if you're doing the vegan challenge and eating out is a problem

Ruby Tuesday has a super nice interactive allergen menu with vegan options and a great salad bar, you could also request an, " awesome burger," which isn't listed in the menu but is available for a limited time. (a vegan burger)

the apple pies from McDonald are vegan
and the french fries from burger king

Though you would have to keep in mind they use a shared frier to the meat, dairy, and egg products.

Why do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our bodies, our planet, and other people?

    Materials Practice the 5 R's
What are some more "R's" you could add to your daily practice to reduce your waste?

I try regularly to focus on the R's, but still, struggle to refuse things when I am purchasing an item second hand. I know it is better to purchase things second hand, and because of that when I see things second hand I do not think I may not need the item.

I would also like to try to teach others how to repair things, I know trades such as sewing are dying and lots of people throw out old clothes or toys when they need repair. That would be a lot of waste if you have younger kids who are rough on toys and could save you money if you repair them instead of buying new ones.
