Zella McMahon 1/20/2021 8:31 AMThe need for family planning is important everywhere, but especially in places in poverty. The reason for this is because if a family is barely able to feed themselves then adding another kid will make everything worse and they would get even less food. -

Zella McMahon 1/20/2021 8:27 AMI normally get some of my food from local sources but not much. I feel like it is important to support small farms, especially right now and buying fresh fruits and vegetables is a good way to do that. -

Zella McMahon 1/20/2021 8:24 AMEating smaller portions is better for our environment as well as our health. Getting smaller portions helps with overeating because we don't have to eat as much if we don't want to. -
