REFLECTION QUESTIONFood, Agriculture, and Land Use Reduce Animal ProductsWhy do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our bodies, our planet, and other people?
Matea Mihic 4/03/2022 4:31 PMPeople in wealthier nations consume more meat products because meat is very expensive now these days and its simply because they can afford it. Meat consumption is responsible for the release of greenhouse gases such as methane, CO2, and nitrous oxide, which have a significant impact on our world. A meat-heavy diet is also linked to a slew of health problems. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportation Try CarpoolingList some of the places you frequent often (work, grocery store, natural areas). Could you choose one or two days a week to schedule driving with a friend, neighbor or co-worker to these places?
Matea Mihic 4/01/2022 5:33 AMEveryday I take my car to school. Many of my friends even my next door neighbor goes to a John Abbott with me so today I decided to drive all 4 of my friends and avoided them all having to take there own cars. It was honestly very fun and something we will for sure keep doing.-
