DRISHTI NARANG 4/16/2023 4:31 PMI've been consistently limiting meat consumption to 1 meal or snack a day, including eggs. Today I made some traditional indian saag & rajma (kidney beans) with spices along with a non-leavened flatbread called paratha.-
Chloe Shamtob 4/17/2023 11:15 AMI love your dedication to reducing your daily meat consumption. I have been also trying to do the same. I have been incorporating more tofu and impossible meat into my diet. I try to limit meat to special occasions or instances where I lack other choices. I am always trying to find substitutes in my diet.
