How can you express your personality, creativity, and values in ways that don't require fast fashion or buying more clothes and accessories?

One way you can express your personality, creativity, and values can be through art. Like the phrase goes "a picture is worth a thousand words" although some might not be the artistic type is never to late to learn and expressing how you feel, showing your creativity, and even values painting can be a great option, instead of purchasing clothes and accessories that you will probably only wear a handful of times.

How does knowing the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates empower you to make better decisions?

We will first have to know what each term specifically means. the "best by" term indicates when a product will be of best flavor or quality. The "sell by" is used mostly by manufacturers to ensure proper turnover throughout the journey of the food product. And the last one "use by" marks the last date recommended for the use of the product. Knowing the difference between the three will help me make better decisions because that way I will know if I'm not just throwing my money away and I can make use of what I purchased. Most of the food we purchase gets thrown out and knowing these dates will help many decide if its actually worth purchasing.

Why do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our bodies, our planet, and other people?

I think the reason why people in richer countries eat more meat is because they're able to afford it and just have easier access to it as well. Eating more meat meat affects us by producing massive amounts of water and land, and it also leaves behind a great amount of pollution and greenhouse gases. Each meal is an opportunity to reduce our environmental footprint. I'm not saying to completely give up meat but possibly not eat it as much/

An average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Where would you rather use this money?

It's shocking to know so much food and not to mention money is wasted. If I had a choice I would rather give that money to people in need that don't have access to fresh produce or simply don't have enough to put on the table for their family. This would be my ideal way of spending this money.
