Benjamin Pedersen 4/28/2023 9:05 AMI had an amazing vegetarian breakfast yesterday. Eggs, potatoes, and a banana with peanut butter. I will be eating this more often because it's good for me and the environment. -
Benjamin Pedersen 4/16/2023 2:43 PMThis week I made a margarite pizza at home, and it was really, really good. It was fun to make and it felt nice to eat another vegetarian meal while eating mindfully. -
