    Today I come to the end of my mindful eating challenge, but I had poke as my last meal and it did not disappoint as I ate a whole large bowl plus 12 shrimp dumplings. I realized that eating without distractions like my phone makes my appetite way more consistent.

    So far I have noticed that eating mindfully with. no phone has made getting 4 meals a day in much easier, I am able to fit in my meals much easier.

    Mindful eating is healthier for us than eating with distractions. How does your eating experience differ when practicing mindfulness?

    When I practice mindfulness while I'm eating, I realized that I actually enjoy my meal much more and typically eat all of the food with no waste.
