Tim Rhyan 11/09/2022 2:59 PMToday I come to the end of my mindful eating challenge, but I had poke as my last meal and it did not disappoint as I ate a whole large bowl plus 12 shrimp dumplings. I realized that eating without distractions like my phone makes my appetite way more consistent. -
