    How does eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affect yourself, other people, and our planet?

    I'm not sure about how not eating meat effects other people, but I know it has an impact on the planet.  Mega factory farms are going to destroy the planet.  On a personal note, I know that eating meat is not needed for our health, and it can be harmful.  Processed meat is the worst!  If everyone ate less meat, we would be healthier and so would the planet.

    I have become more cognizant of combining chores once I am in my car.  I plan much better.  It's a combination of Covid seclusion and using less energy.  However, I do have a Hybrid, so that helps a bit.

    I have noticed a lot of trash along the roadside.  I live in a neighborhood, not much traffic, so the infrastructure is fine.  As soon as the weather cooperates, I'll organize a local clean-up.
