My eco drawdown challenge has been going great so far and it has made me be more attentive lately. I have been pushing myself to go on a walk, tend my garden, and eat a vegan meal everyday which has been great for my health and mental health overall! I enjoy getting out for a walk everyday because it helps relieve stress and clear my mind and enjoy the present moment. Tending my garden also relieves stress and is very therapeutic, I love seeing my plants grow and growing a diverse amount of plants.

My daily walking challenge has been very nice to say the least, I used to exercise daily but my schedule got so busy these last few months and I lost the motivation to run or get active but this last week has been refreshing and energizing. I'm glad i've been getting active again and exercising has given me more energy throughout my days. I've enjoyed being out in nature on my daily walks because I get to experience birds chirping, the sunshine on my skin, the fresh air, and the amazing scenery. I've noticed the indecency of humans on my walks by seeing the litter / trash people have left behind, which I sometimes pick up and throw away myself when I can.
