I added two bags ,my collapse bowl and reusable grocery bags to my bike bag so that I can do my best to not acquire more plastic containers when I go to the store or to lunch.

This challenge has raised my awareness to how hard it is to get food at grocery stores and at restaurants and at SOU's cafeteria without also acquiring some plastic container.  So, I have purchased a collapsible bowl and mug that I will carry around with me and have made the personal commitment to only getting food at lunch if I can get it without also getting another plastic container.  If it has to be delivered to me in a plastic bowl, then I can't buy it.

Fantastic Moneeka! I agree wholeheartedly! And I also purchased a collapsible mug and will bring a bowl from home.

It is shocking when shopping for food. Virtually everything is in contact with plastic.
