people who have more asses to food, or are wealthier are able to asses more verity of foods and sources of protean. to produce meet you need the albite to feed the live stock grain and have a place for them to grease and live before you are able to harvest that meat, country's that are more food insecure are unable to produce meet as easily because they are more focused on feeding themselves before live stock.
