I will give myself a maximum of 4 day grace period to consume the food that has "expired" (wrong term, by the way). I dont care if I get diarrhoea because that will help me lose weight:]

REFLECTION QUESTIONFood, Agriculture, and Land Use Learn the Truth About Expiration DatesHow does knowing the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates empower you to make better decisions?
fyodor’s wifey 2/24/2023 4:16 AMI won't throw away or exhort others to do so when the food product is a few days over the use by and best by dates. I will ignore the sell by dates, unless it is a month/two old.
I will give myself a maximum of 4 day grace period to consume the food that has "expired" (wrong term, by the way). I dont care if I get diarrhoea because that will help me lose weight:] -
REFLECTION QUESTIONAction Track: Healing & Renewal More Fruits And VeggiesHow does eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affect yourself, other people, and our planet?
fyodor’s wifey 2/24/2023 4:08 AMI went [partially] vegan, eating seafood but no animal meat at all.
After watching educational videos, this type of lifestyle is super easy and makes me feel energised everyday. Plants are of the highest vibrational state, after all. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONIndustry Recycle Everything I CanHow could you incorporate other "R's" -- reduce, reuse, refuse, repair, repurpose, etc. -- into your lifestyle? How does considering implementing these "R's" make you feel?
fyodor’s wifey 12/30/2022 3:35 PMreduce waste by reusing stuff eg bags and pens
refuse plastic bags, containers, paper etc. by bringing ur own.
repair damaged objects by asking for help or watching youtube instead of throwing it away. or make it an art and craft project
eg repurpose broken pens by making them a hanging decoration. repurpose scribbled paper by making them origami. repurpose plastic containers as organisational boxes -
