    because meat is more expensive and labor intensive to produce so people in lower income positions result to less expensive plant based diets

    Working in a restaurant has made me very aware of  food waste in the restaurant industry, its disgusting the amount of people that just take too bites and then leave it.

      I worked for a long time in the service industry. It really is pretty depressing to see what gets thrown out. Has the composting improved or been implemented in any of the restaurants you work in?

    by thinking about my waste more and where everything is going.
