REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Learn the Truth About Expiration DatesHow does knowing the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates empower you to make better decisions?
Leslie van Gelder 1/17/2020 2:06 PMBy being aware of use by, sell by and best by dates on food, you can not only be sure you are buying fresh, healthful food but you can make informed decisions about meal planning, using the oldest items first. This practice can also help from wasting food that has passed its usable date. -
