Reece Whitelaw 11/10/2022 11:56 AMShoot- with exams and being sick I forgot to check in! Well, I expect im hardly the first person to make that mistake. Speaking of sick- bought a covid test to make sure I didnt have covid, and I didn't! Then I rewarded myself with cinnamon rolls and a ginger/green shake. Technically its all vegetarian, even if I had like, 3 cinnamon rolls for dinner. Just not very healthy. -
Reece Whitelaw 11/08/2022 3:15 PMSickness + Walking daily does not a good mix make. Luckily im able to still walk around my community with relative ease, and all the roads are pretty nicely packed together around a park, so walking home is always pretty swift. We've been getting a lot of rain in Morgan Hill recently, and its lovely! The fresh air is SO much nicer than the air in summer (and especially in Florida), so the walks through my local parks have been a lot more refreshing.
Is it just me, or do plants and trees seem more alive after a good rain? Even the dead ones seem a bit less dead than before.-
Mikayla Castillo 11/08/2022 4:01 PMI totally agree! I feel that the environment has a whole new look (more lively, colorful, etc.) right after it rains!

Reece Whitelaw 11/05/2022 4:28 PMUgh- had to fly out to florida the past week and once I got back I had come down with a sickness! I don't know what it is still, but I think it might be bronchitis or something. Lots of coughing and very hard to breath at times. Anyway! Been eating mac and cheese recently to shake things up, plus more apples. I even had a caramel apple to treat myself, which was kinda amazing tbh. I walked around in Florida a bit and oh my gosh did it suck. All the buildings were so far and isolated, separated by massive stretches of sidewalk. Plus it was so humid and hot that I felt like I was melting! Would not recommend.-

Reece Whitelaw 10/28/2022 8:59 PMIm eating a lot of apples, popcorn, and onion-cheese quesadillas. I don't know how much this counts in regards to helping the environment but... it tastes pretty good! -
Reece Whitelaw 10/24/2022 10:30 PMGosh, I keep forgetting to check in. Its a bit embarrassing, admittedly, but its been fun! Walking around my town has been weird so far. In Downtown morgan hill, everything is really open and pretty and easy to walk around. Freeways/highways suck for my morning walks though; just the sound and smell of cars next to endless concrete. Ive been trying some impossible meat and even made vegetarian chili! It was good! The non-meat alternatives are surprisingly bearable. Not amazing, but pretty good. How would you rate my chili based on its appearance? Its got no meat!
