    I was in Dallas this week and chose to walk from my hotel to the office (and back) each day. On Wednesday, I snapped this pic of a flower on a very large bush in a park. It was the only flower, just posing for it's glamor shot.

    Food, Agriculture, and Land Use Smaller Portions
    While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come from eating/serving smaller portions?
