March 10 at 5:53 AMone barrier in my community for some young girls at the elementary school is that often if the girls and boys are separated into groups or things like that, the girls could get a stereotypical color/role (like a pink princes or something like that). I think that the school should teach young girls that they are able to choose whatever they want...

March 10 at 5:51 AMThere is a large wage gap in the US between woman and men. Also, in some parts of the world, it used to be or still is unheard of for woman to do retail work, euntrapenurship, and other paths to economic prosperity.

March 3 at 6:02 AMSome barriers that stand in the way of women's equal participation are that if people are not aware of climate change they are not aware of the barriers or women. Another barrier is pay men and boys get more opportunities and get paid for it, unlike women or girls.
